The Government of Maharashtra and as per the rules framed in Bye-laws No. 76(a), had made it compulsory to all Co-operative Housing Societies to carry the structural audit and investigate all the critical areas which need immediate action for repairs and restoration.
As per Bye-laws 76(a) -
- Every building
- ageing 15-30 years
- should carry structural
- audit once in 5 years.
- Every building
- ageing above 30 years
- should carry structural
- audit once in 3 years.
In the interest of society members, Committee Members have to comply with the process by default from the Structural Auditor. Our panel auditors will provide the necessary consultancy and service.
Fire Audit
Identify early risk and comply with safety measures.
The Department of Fire Adviser, Government of Maharashtra mandates Co-operative Societies to comply with the Fire and Risk audit every year under, "The Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act 2006" hereinafter called as "Fire Act".
As per Fire Act -
The certificate* to be obtained in January and July every year and to be submitted to the Chief Fire Officer or the Nominated Officer.
*The audit should be carried through licenced agency and the suggestion should be incorporated.
To identify early risk and comply with safety measures in the interest of members and family members, Managing Committee should comply the Fire and Risk Audit at regular intervals. Our panel Licenced Agencies will provide the necessary consultancy and service.
